The building is located one block from Avenida da Liberdade.
Built in 1900, in the Pombaline period, the building is the most imposing of the street, with a ceiling of more than 4 meters on all floors and an entrance of 6 meters in height. Currently it has 4 floors and will increase 2 floors with the new project. With crafted ceilings and a historic skylight, rehabilitation will be an interesting challenge.
The project under development will include more than 20 units between LOFTs with one to three suites. It is the only project of this type in the region and will have apartments from 90 to 180 square meters. It will be constructed with noble materials and first-class finishes, keeping with the nobility of the building and its location.
